Thanks for the good advise ..
but it seems that Lucent isn't an option (see below) ..
and I can't easily take your upgrade suggestion with this software
package.
So how old is the version (snapshot below) my software vendor
installed to support his app?
Is there a modem choice from the list below that is also Lucent ??
( I guess I'm busy checking modem faqs tonight :)
